South Shore Orthopedics LLC and South Shore Hospital’s Outpatient Center for Orthopedic Care and Pain Management will lease a total of 52,000 square feet of medical office space at Two Pond Park Medical Center in Hingham.

The deal represents the first lease in the new building currently being developed by Perry South Shore Development LLC, an affiliate of A.W. Perry Inc. at the entrance of Hingham’s South Shore Park at Derby Street and Route 3.

Peter Brown, leasing director at Braintree’s Campanelli Cos., represented both parties in the transaction.

Two Pond Park Medical Center is a new, three-story facility which encompasses 78,300 square feet. It will be an addition to A.W. Perry’s portfolio of eight existing buildings in the South Shore Park. The expected completion date of Two Pond Park Medical Center is third quarter 2011.
