The Home for Little Wanderers has leased 18,000 square feet at 10 Guest St. in Brighton, where it will relocate from 271 Huntington Ave. in Boston this summer.
The 330,000-square-foot, two-building complex is WGBH’s studios and foundation headquarters.
"Boston Landing offers convenience to downtown Boston and accessibility to the clients who our more than 600 agency-wide staff serves across the city and Eastern Massachusetts every day," Joan Wallace-Benjamin, President and CEO, The Home for Little Wanderers, said in a statement.
Colliers International Executive Vice President James Elcock represented The Home in the transaction. WGBH was represented by Avison Young Principal Kevin Malloy.
