The board of trustees of Newton REIT Hospitality Properties Trust has declared a regular quarterly dividend on HPT’s Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares.

A distribution of 55 cents per Series B preferred share is payable on or about April 15 to holders of record at the close of business on March 31.
