King Street Property’s newest development in Cambridge opened this month fully leased to life science industry tenants including eGenesis Inc. and Seres Therapeutics Inc.

The 161,000-square-foot complex replaces a parking lot and connects to the adjacent 87 Cambridgepark Drive office-lab building via a 9,000-square-foot boardwalk.

Designed by Dimella Shaffer and built by Consigli Construction, the 5-story building includes 3,000 square feet of ground-floor retail with outdoor seating, a courtyard and 247-space parking garage.

Located a two-minute walk from the MBTA’s Alewife station, 101 Cambridgepark Drive includes a Bluebikes station, indoor bicycle storage and locker room with showers.
