A topping-off ceremony was held in late March at 40 Warren St. in Charlestown, which DLJ Real Estate Capital partners is redeveloping into 39,900 square feet of class A office space scheduled for completion this year. 

Located in the City Square neighborhood within a 12-minute walk of North Station, the project will include oversized windows with harbor views and open floor plates for single or multiple tenants. 

DLJ was established in 1995 as the real estate private equity platform of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. and became an independent company in 2010. The firm has offices in Boston, New York, Los Angeles and Hong Kong. 

JLL Boston’s Bryan Sparkes, Molly Heath, Chris Decembrele and Brian Flaherty represent ownership in leasing.
