The newest office building within the mixed-use River’s Edge development in Medford is now 100 percent occupied following move-ins by vehicle telematics specialist Agero and two related entities, Financial Recovery Technologies and Cross Country Group. 

The 4-story, 115,140-square-foot office Building 400 overlooking the Malden River includes a fitness center with lockers and showers, the 400 Cafe and has access to the River Cafe and conference space in River’s Edge Building 200. 

Agero provides roadside assistance services and Financial Recovery Technologies delivers claims management for institutional investors involved in class-action litigation.  

The Building 400 project team included building architect Gensler, landscape architect Shadley Assoc., civil engineers Tetra Tech, structural engineers McNamara Salvia, MEP engineers ARUP, geographical engineers Haley & Aldrich, environmental consultants Nangle Consulting Assoc., core-and-shell construction managers Columbia Construction, tenant improvement designer Visnick & Caulfield, tenant improvement MEP engineers WB Engineers and tenant improvement construction firm Elaine Construction.
