A capital improvement program at 404 Wyman St. will provide a central amenity space for Hobbs Brook Real Estate’s 2 million-square-foot, 11-building Waltham campus.

HBRE selected the nearly 385,000 square-foot building for the recently launched capital improvements program, which is scheduled for completion in early 2026.

A conference center is being recommissioned with new audio-visual technology and flexible seating that enables it to host both breakout meetings and large town hall-style events, with capacity of 325 people. Updates to common areas include a new fitness center, renovated lobby, a modernized café and new outdoor seating with fire pits and landscaping.

Current tenants of the office park include Hobbs Brook Real Estate’s headquarters, ZoomInfo, Seqirus, FM, Dassault Systemes, Pegasystems, ServiceNow and Commonwealth Financial Network.
