Construction crews led by John Moriarty & Co. marked the completion of framing at 441 Morgan Ave. during a topping-off ceremony at Cambridge Crossing on Oct. 27.
Designed by Ennead and Jacobs Consulting, the 10-story, 375,000-square-foot life science tower includes five outdoor terraces and is equipped with smart window technology by View Inc.
Current tenants at Cambridge Crossing include Bristol Myers Squibb, Philips, Sanofi and Cerevel Therapeutics. The retail space at the 4.5 million-square-foot mixed-use development is occupied by Lamplighter Brewing Co., Tatte Café & Bakery, Cafe Beatrice, Geppetto, The Lexington and REI.
