A partnership between Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital has begun construction of a 238,000-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility in Wilmington.

The precast panel facility includes 36-foot clear heights, 47 loading docks, a solar-ready roof and 32 EV charging stations.

Developers acquired the 28-acre property in May 2022 for $35.25 million and received $57 million in construction financing from First Citizens Bank & Trust Co.
