Developers delivered the core and shell of a 288,000-square-foot lab and research building following the renovation and conversion of office space in a Bedford business park.

The first phase of Bedford Labs is fully leased to a new Sarepta Therapeutics research center.

Redgate recently received approval to develop an additional 300,000 square feet of lab, research and biomanufacturing space at Bedford Labs. The new development will be designed for life science tenants along with clean technology and tough tech tenants.

The ownership team recently completed another Bedford project, Riverwalk Labs, that includes 168,000 square feet of biomanufacturing space and a food hall managed by Craft Foods on Oak Park Drive.
