What: Buildium headquarters

Property management software provider Buildium has moved into a new 38,000-square-foot headquarters in Boston, providing collaborative workspace for its more than 200 employees and expansion capability for 100 more. 

Designed by Margulies Perruzzi (MP) Architects, the colorful, light-filled workspace enabled Buildium to consolidate several office locations. The Center Plaza offices contain tech-equipped meeting rooms, huddle areas and collaboration spaces, with individual work stations located on the perimeter. 

A centrally located café called the “back porch” offers casual seating for work, informal meetings and a location for town hall-style employee meetings. 

MP completed the accelerated space planning and interior design services, from schematic through construction documents, in just eight weeks. Elaine Construction provided turnkey construction management services.
