What: Cal Verde Naturals dispensary

Built: 2022-2023 

In the latest project by its extensive cannabis construction practice, Waltham-based Vantage Builders completed a buildout for Cal Verde Naturals’ new dispensary in Belmont. 

The project included a full interior fit-out, site work and design-build services for mechanical/electrical/plumbing work.  

Designed by Lowell-based Caveney Architectural Collaborative and Bohler Engineering Group, the 4,100-square-foot facility is located in a former landscaping company warehouse. The dispensary includes a reception and retail sales area, prep room and secure vault storage. 

Vantage Builders has completed approximately 1 million square feet of projects including cultivation, dispensary and marijuana-infused product processing facilities.
