Cambridge Associates recently relocated its Boston office to Winthrop Center, occupying 115,000 square feet on the top three office floors of the 1.5 million-square-foot office-condominium tower developed by MP Boston.

The new office, designed by IA Interior Architects, embraces a hybrid workplace model, emphasizing employee choice and connectivity. Its design incorporates “hive neighborhoods” catering to varied work styles and collaboration zones equipped with technology-enabled features.

The 25th floor includes a reception area, conference center and breakout zones, striking a balance between openness and intimacy.
