7-Eleven and S-L Distribution Co. LLC have signed a pair of leases totaling 127,500 square feet at 353 Maple St. in Campanelli Business Park of Bellingham, a speculative industrial building completed in October 2018.
The full building leases bring the building up to 100 percent occupancy. Also known as Building 1 within the park, 353 Maple St. features tilt-up construction with 32-foot clear heights, 26 loading docks and two drive-in doors.
Newmark Knight Frank represented ownership in both lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield represented S-L Distribution Co. LLC, while ESRP represented 7-Eleven.
The Campanelli Business Park of Bellingham contains 427,500 square feet of newly-delivered class A warehouse space, including 300,000 square feet being marketed by Newmark Knight Frank in Building 2.
