Three office tenants have signed leases totaling more than 31,000 square feet at Cityside, a 300,000-square-foot office complex in Waltham. 

The transactions include 17,000 by internet security firm GreatHorn, 8,150 square feet by wealth managers Foster Dykema Cabot and 6,500 square feet by clinical data managers OpenClinica. Existing tenants include Massachusetts Life Sciences Center and TMP Worldwide. 

The transactions follow a $14 million repositioning project by The Davis Cos. of Boston, which bought the property in 2015 for $52.5 million. The upgrades include a new fitness center, cafe and outdoor garden and dining area. 

The proximity to Waltham’s Moody Street provides amenities that set the property apart from typical suburban office buildings, said Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Byrne, who represented ownership in the lease transactions. The property currently has 120,000 square feet available.
