What: Cresa offices
Where: 280 Congress St., Boston
Built: 2018
Owner: Boston Properties
The Boston offices of tenant representation brokerage Cresa have relocated to Atlantic Wharf on the downtown waterfront.
Cresa hired Boston-based architects TRIA to provide interior architecture and corporate design services, creating an open and collaborative workspace that maximizes natural light and offers commanding Boston Harbor views.
Glass-fronted offices and clusters of low-walled workstations provide transparency and connection. Technology-enabled collaboration spaces, including large conference rooms, small huddle areas with standing-height tables and casual meeting rooms encourage interaction. Shared locker storage areas offer visual separation of work zones and double as stand-up meeting spaces for impromptu gatherings.
Other members of the project team included general contractor JDL Corporate Interiors, AKF Engineers, Reflex Lighting, Creative Office Pavilion, DIRTT Environmental Solutions and Shaw Floors.
They Said It:
“Our new Boston office allows us to serve clients in a modern and energetic workplace that reflects our evolution and growth as a company. As a trusted design partner on many client projects, TRIA understood our corporate goals and vision, and approached the project as a unique opportunity to showcase the workplace strategy design elements our clients seek.” — Adam Subber, managing principal, Cresa
