Companies relocating to The District included Decision Resources Group, scPhaemaceuticals, PayFactors, Prevalent, Aqua Security and Paques. TimePayment signed a lease renewal and expansion for 41,000 square feet.

• Availabilities range from 2,000 square feet to a 180,000-square-foot build-to-suit opportunity.
• A 170-room Residence Inn by Marriott opened in early November. Future retail and restaurant openings include style bar Mane & Mani, Black & Blue Steak and Crab restaurant and Asian sushi bar Feng Shui. The District’s 30,000 square feet of retail space is 100 percent leased.
