Boston-based developer Bulfinch is building out the final phase of the 27-acre Cambridge Discovery Park with construction of a speculative, 270,000-square-foot lab building and 383-space parking garage. 

The six-story building will include open, 42,000-square-foot floor plates, two separate lobbies connected by a walkway, a connector on the third through sixth floors over Discovery Way Drive, a fitness center, cafeteria, patio and roof deck. 

Citizens Bank provided $150 million in construction financing. 

Building 400-500 is part of an 800,000-square-foot redevelopment of the former Arthur D. Little headquarters. JLL Boston is the leasing agent. The core and shell are scheduled for completion in late 2019.
