Cummings Properties is developing a pair of new commercial buildings at its Dunham Ridge property off Route 128 in Beverly to tap into demand for suburban office, life science and high-bay flex space. 

TechCenter at Dunham Ridge is a 154,000-square-foot class A lab-ready facility at 51 Dunham Ridge that is scheduled for availability in December. Construction began in March on 43-44 Dunham Ridge, a 2-story, 50,000-square-foot high bay building that’s 35 percent preleased and is scheduled for completion in November. 

40 Dunham Ridge, a 4-acre site with frontage on Route 128, is being marketed for sale. 

The projects are positioned to satisfy market demand for life science and advanced manufacturing space, according to Cummings Properties.
