A newly-formed joint venture will create 352,000 square feet of lab space in Malden Center, including three spec suites. 

Berkeley Investments is partnering with Singerman Real Estate on the latest updates to the former bank operations center, located across from the MBTA’s Malden Center station. The space will be ready for tenant occupancy in October 2022. 

Designed by architects TRIA and built by Dellbrook JKS, the project includes new HVAC and MEP systems that bring the entire building up to class A lab standards. JLL represents ownership in leasing.
