Boston Properties has opened Flex by BXP, a 35,000-square-foot flexible office space that occupies the entire third floor at the 31-story Hub on Causeway office tower. 

Featuring open ceilings, polished concrete hallways and high-bay light fixtures, Flex by BXP includes short-term modular office space with an industrial feel. A common area includes a full kitchen with casual seating. 

Boston-based Corderman & Co. provided construction management services on the $6 million project by Boston-based Design Farm Architects. 

Completion of the 630,000-square-foot tower anchored by Verizon is scheduled for 2021.
