What: Goulston & Storrs offices
Where: One Post Office Square, Boston
Built: 2023-2024 

Elkus Manfredi Architects will design Goulston & Storrs’ new Boston office in preparation for the law firm’s move to One Post Office Square in spring 2024. 

Approximately 350 employees will occupy 100,000 square feet on floors 25 through 28 of the Financial District tower, connected by an internal staircase. The layout will include single-sized offices, open circulation and social spaces for impromptu meetings. 

The roughly 800,000-square-foot tower was recently repositioned by ownership with a new glass facade and amenities package, including an outdoor terrace on the 25th floor that Goulston & Storrs will use to host events.
