• Four tenants have signed leases at 55 Ferncroft Road in Danvers, an 86,000-square-foot office building located off Route 1.
• Long-time tenant Seacoast Capital Managers and SuperMedia LLC extended their leases. Norwin Technologies Corp. will relocate from 300 Rosewood in Danvers in late summer, taking a new speculative office space. Credit card services company Primax, which has an existing location in Wakefield, is expanding with an additional location at 55 Ferncroft Road, scheduled to open in August.
• Colliers International’s North team comprised of Executive Vice President Greg Klemmer, Senior Vice President Tim Brodigan and Associate Dan Driscoll represented ownership in the transactions.
• New owner US-1 Ventures of Winchester has completed approximately $1 million in improvements to the property including updated lobbies, conference space, energy-efficient utility systems and a new Café at 55 equipped with LeanBox dispensing machines.
