A mixed-income project in Arlington’s former mill district will create 50 high-efficiency condominiums developed by The Maggiore Cos.of Woburn.

Designed by Winchester-based Harrison Mulhern Architects, The Majestic Mill Brook complex will comply with the 2023 Massachusetts residential stretch energy code with electric heat pumps, energy recovery ventilation units and enhanced insulation.

The 5-story complex overlooking Mill Brook will reserve 25 percent of units for households earning at or below 80 percent of area median income.

The Synergy Group of Winchester is the marketing agent for the project, which also includes 1,700 square feet of retail space.
