Tenants have committed to new and renewed leases for over 56,000 square feet at Mill & Main, the eight-building, 1.1 million-square-foot campus spanning 50 acres in Maynard. 

Powell Flutes signed a long-term lease renewal and expanded its total square footage to 22,800 square feet. TransPerfect Translation and Exponent Inc signed lease extensions for 16,530 square feet and 8,929 square feet respectively. Integrated Project Management leased 3,500 square feet and will relocate from West Concord, while Jackpine Technologies renewed and expanded its lease to 3,880 square feet. 

As businesses reimagine office space for social distancing, Mill & Main was recently awarded Bureau Veritas’ SafeGuard Hygiene Excellence certification for health, safety and hygiene excellence. 

Lincoln Property Co.’s Tim Latham, Chris Devaux, Carolyn Molloy and James Tambone represented ownership in the lease negotiations.
