A Cambridge biotech company that specializes in infectious disease diagnostics is the first lab tenant to lease space at One Cabot Road. 

Torus Biosystems, which raised $25 million in venture capital funding in spring 2021, will occupy 23,570 square feet at the 309,000-square-foot building near Wellington Circle. 

The Davis Cos. is building out two additional spec lab suites totaling 52,000 square feet which will become available in eight and 15 months. 

New York-based Partners Group recently formed a joint venture with The Davis Cos. on ownership of the property, which is being positioned to attract additional life science tenants.
