Three tenants have signed leases totaling over 55,000 square feet at Park 9 in Wellesley. 

Morgan Stanley leased over 40,000 square feet at 112 Worcester St., while Wellesley Bank leased 11,000 square feet at 100 Worcester St. and Global Advanced Metals committed to 5,000 square feet at 100 Worcester St. The four-building, 380,000-square-foot office park has dual highway visibility from Route 9 and I-95, with 1,000 covered parking spaces. 

Owner Sun Life Financial recently completed a capital improvement program including a new facade at 100 Worcester St., a café, training gym run by Tilt Fitness and lounge area. 

Newmark Knight Frank’s Mark Roth, Debra Gould, Matt Malatesta and Brendan Daly represented ownership in procuring the tenants. Alex Dauria of JLL represented Morgan Stanley, Garry Holmes of RW Holmes Realty Co. represented Wellesley Bank and Neil Ross and Brian Morrissey of JLL represented Global Advanced Metals.
