Sasaki’s new, 64,000-square-foot global headquarters updated a historic downtown Boston building with new office interiors, updated lobby and retail space and private roof deck. 

Sasaki led the design and buildout of its new offices for 300 local employees and the Sasaki Foundation. 

The recently completed project included HVAC updates to increase fresh air circulation. Each floor contains multiple conference rooms and touchscreen monitors at all workstations. 

In 2021, Boston-based Berkeley Investments acquired the former Sasaki property at 64 Pleasant St. in Watertown for a conversion into 105,000 square feet of life science space.
