The 214-unit South Standard apartment building is the first phase of the 792,400-square-foot Washington Village development in South Boston.

Samuels & Associates, in partnership with Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. and Core Investments Inc., developed the all-electric building which opened in December 2023. The Green, a landscaped and hardscape commons completed in June, provides seasonal programming open to residents and the public including the weekly “Fresh Beats” summer concert series.

The project also includes 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space opening through 2025.
