Everett’s newest apartment development, which opened fully leased in July, includes 85 units equipped with quartz kitchen and bathroom appliances and a 4,500-square-foot rooftop deck. 

V10 Development selected Bridgewater-based Callahan Construction Managers as construction manager of The 600, demolishing two buildings on the site to make way for the 6-story, 80,000-square-foot complex. 

Designed by Boston-based design collaborative Context, the project includes a ground-floor podium with parking, lobby, a pair of retail spaces and loading dock. Wood-frame construction on floors two through six contains 17 apartments on the second through sixth floors.
