Owners of the Overlook at St. Gabriel’s commissioned 12 original artworks to complement the redevelopment of the 12-acre former church and monastery property.
Selected and installed by Boston Art, the pieces include “Vertical Sunset,” an LED panel installation by Antlre Studio’s Hannah Sitzer and Paul Spitler that highlights the lobby’s lounge area with a changing-color neon wall.
Developers worked with architect BH+A to restore St. Gabriel’s Monastery and Church, and CUBE3 to create three new construction buildings.
The project team also includes capital partner Blue Vista Capital Management and leasing agent and manager PeakMade Real Estate.
