• The 6,000-square-foot rooftop space overlooking Post Office Square includes a private terrace, bar, Zen garden, lounge and 200-capacity conference center.
• The property has recently executed more than 150,000 square feet of office leases, Oxford Properties said, attributing the transactions in part to The Retreat’s tenant appeal.
• The Retreat project team includes brokerage Newmark and architect Fogarty Finger.
