Quincy-based Jumbo Capital Management and Sound Mark Partners have acquired The Xchange at Bedford, an eight-building campus totaling 479,000 square feet, for $108 million. 

The campus is nearly 89 percent leased to five tenants including the U.S. headquarters of iRobot Corp., which has expanded to 272,000 square feet. The property also has capability to support up to 112,000 square feet of additional lab or life science manufacturing development. 

The Davis Cos. of Boston acquired the property, previously known as Bedford Business Park, in 2012 for $62.8 million. Under The Davis Cos.’ ownership, architects Gensler designed a series of updates to the property including new outdoor gathering spaces, exterior improvements and centralized amenities. 

JLL’s capital markets team led by Frank Petz represented The Davis Cos. in the latest transaction and JLL has been named leasing agent by the new ownership team.
