Newton REIT HRPT Properties Trust has announced its regular quarterly common and preferred dividends, including a regular quarterly common dividend of 12-cents per common share.

The dividend will be paid with respect to the results of operations for the quarter ended March 31 to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on April 23 and will be distributed on or about May 24.

A distribution of 55-cents per Series B cumulative redeemable preferred share will be paid on or about May 17 to holders of record at the close of business on May 1.

A distribution of 45-cents per Series C cumulative redeemable preferred share will be paid on or about May 17 to holders of record at the close of business on May 1.

A distribution of 41-cents per Series D cumulative convertible preferred share will be paid on or about May 17 to holders of record at the close of business on May 1.
