A restaurant and catering group owned by Delaware North Cos. will operate food venues at The Hub on Causeway development at the TD Garden.

Patina Restaurant Group caters the Emmy and Grammy awards and operates approximately 60 restaurants including locations at Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, Epcot Center in Orlando and New York’s Rockefeller Center. Patina signed a 10-year lease on April 23, according to Suffolk County Registry of Deeds filings.

Delaware North Cos. acquired Patina in 2014 from Tokyo-based Shidax Corp.

Details on the size and format of the venues were not immediately available as TD Garden and Patina did not return messages. But a LinkedIn profile for Patina President Edward Sirhal indicated the 40,000-square-foot Hub On Causeway venue will include three full-service restaurants and a food hall.

The Hub On Causeway is joint venture between Boston Properties and Buffalo-based Delaware North Cos. The first phase of the mixed-use development now under construction includes an office podium building primarily leased to online security company Rapid7, a Star Market, 15-screen ArcLight Cinemas and concert hall.
