A 176-unit apartment complex in Hudson has been sold for $44.2 million by a joint venture of Heritage Properties and Moss Development.

The three-building Matrix Hudson complex was completed in January 2017 and contains 86 one-bedroom apartments and 90 two-bedroom apartments, with average unit sizes of 1,006 square feet. The sales price equates to over $251,000 per unit.

The buyer, PP Hudson Investors LLC, is an affiliate of Pantzer Properties.of New York. The multifamily specialist owns nearly 13,000 housing units in 40 properties from Massachusetts to the Washington, D.C. metro area.

CBRE/New England’s Simon Butler and Biria St. John represented the seller and procured the buyer.
