The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) has named CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. to the 2010 Global Outsourcing 100 for the fourth straight year.

The list recognizes the world’s best outsourcing service providers across all industries, and is based on applications received and evaluated by an independent panel of judges organized by IAOP.
