ICON Architecture Inc. Leases Office Space In Downtown Boston

101 Summer St Boston-based ICON architecture inc. has leased 9,433 square feet of office space in Boston.

The architecture firm will occupy the space at 101 Summer St. starting in June 2014.

Avison Young’s Karyn McFarland, principal, and Matt Twombly, vice president, represented ICON architecture inc. There was no representation for the landlord, Synergy Investment Developments.

The Summer Street property is a five-story, class B office building with ground floor retail located in Boston’s Downtown Crossing. The building is fully leased.

"A creative company like ICON architecture, inc. needed a specific type of collaborative space, and we were glad to work with them to meet that need," McFarland said in a statement.
