IEP Technologies Leases 32.4K SF In Marlborough

417 South St IEP Technologies has signed a lease for 32,400 square feet of office space at South Street Business Park in Marlborough.

The 146,650-square-foot flex/office building built in 2010 is owned by Calare Properties of Hudson. Calare collaborated with Integrated Builders and CI Design on construction of the light manufacturing space, a fire suppression system and explosion-proof room for IEP Technologies. The company sells industrial explosion protection systems.
