The Hanover Cos. of Houston has sold its 88 Cambridgepark Drive apartment complex to Guardian Life Insurance Co. for $150 million.

The three-building, 345-unit complex completed in 2017 includes an outdoor pool, resident clubhouse and media room. Units range from studios to three-bedrooms and include open-concept kitchens.

The property currently lists studio units from $2,577 a month. Developers completed nearly 1,400 apartments in the neighborhood near the MBTA’s Alewife station this decade.
