Financial Engines, an independent investment advisor, has subleased 9,900 square feet at 100 High St. from agency research brokerage Investment Technology Group (ITG).
ITG had previously secured currently unused future expansion space expansion on the 16th floor of 100 High St., at the same time that Financial Engines – then located across the street at 99 High St. – was looking for room to grow its Boston operations.
With the 16th floor space in shell condition, Financial Engines will be able to work with ITG on designing the space so it will work for both Financial Engines for the duration of its sublease, and ITG in its future expansion, according to a statement.
