Real estate company J Barrett & Co. has moved to a new office at 8 Pleasant St. in Gloucester.

"We’ve been looking for forward to this move for quite a while," said Jon Gray, president. "J Barrett has been in Gloucester for almost three years and each year has been more successful than the previous one. Having a larger space will allow us to better serve Gloucester and the surrounding towns."

"Gloucester and the surrounding communities are exciting markets and we see only continued success ahead," said Broker Ann Olivo.

"We believe that part of our success in this area is our presence in downtown Gloucester where we have excellent visibility," adds Gray. "We appreciate the enthusiastic response from the community. The company, which serves the North Shore and Cape Ann areas, has two other offices: 3 Oak St. in Beverly Farms and 38 Union St. in Manchester.
