Jack Conway, Realtor has partnered with Norwell-based imageSurge to install the area’s first interactive real estate storefront display.
The firm has installed imageSurge displays in its Scituate and South Boston sales centers. Passersby in these locations can now search and view real estate listings from outside the Conway offices using through-window, touchscreen technology.
“We’re so excited to be the first brokerage in these areas to have this innovative technology,” Carol Bulman, president and CEO of Jack Conway & Co. Inc. said in a statement. “We are an innovative technology firm, that blends the culture of agents and customers first, and we think this is where our industry is headed.”
Interactive storefronts offer real-time information, not only about property listings, but can also offer details about open houses and community events. The Conway displays include QR codes, which passersby with smartphones can scan to get more information about a listing, and text numbers so that passersby can contact an agent at any time.
imageSurge recently won an Innovator Award at the 2013 Real Estate Connect conference hosted by Inman News in San Francisco.
