Norwell-based Jack Conway, Realtor has purchased the Shell Pointe Real Estate Co. in Onset, which will now do business as Conway on the Bay.

The move comes as Conway continues to expand its operations from the North Shore to Boston, the South Coast and Cape Cod.

Lauren Cardin, who owned Shell Pointe with her mother and firm founder Sanda Besse, will manage the Conway on the Bay office.

"I’m very excited about joining the Jack Conway organization and so are my agents," Cardin said in a statement. "Shell Pointe and Conway are the top two real estate firms in Onset and Wareham, and together, we will dominate the marketplace."
