Ames Pond Corporate Center, Tewksbury

Getronics, an information technology company, and X-Rite, a firm that specializes in color technology, have signed leases at Ames Pond Corporate Center in Tewksbury.

The campus consists of two buildings totaling approximately 152,000 square feet of space at the Interstate 495 and Route 133 interchange. Getronics will take 20,000 square feet of space at 100 Ames Pond, while X-Rite has moved into 16,649 square feet at 200 Ames Pond.

The leases cap five transactions since last fall for a combined 95,916 square feet of Class A office space at Ames Pond brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle.

JLL negotiated the deals on behalf of the Boston-based landlord, Farley White Interests. Getronics was represented by CresaPartners. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the lease for X-Rite.
