Jones Lang LaSalle recently completed the interior build-out of approximately 300,000 square feet of first-class office space for investment management firm Eaton Vance Corp. at Two International Place in Boston.
The 10-story offices serve as Eaton Vance’s new world headquarters.
Jones Lang LaSalle is the project manager through its Project and Development Services (PDS) group.
The move is a consolidation of approximately 800 employees from multiple downtown Boston locations.
"The success of our move is being determined by our employees," said Jeff Beale, chief administrative officer of Eaton Vance. "They are already telling us that we surpassed their expectations and have made a positive and lasting impact on their work environment and their productivity on behalf of our clients."
Jones Lang LaSalle’s PDS team was comprised of Senior Vice President Alfred Woods and Project Manager Stephen Senna. Managing Director Bill Motley and Debra Gould, formerly of Jones Lang LaSalle, represented Eaton Vance during lease negotiations. The transaction was awarded the 2006 Commercial Brokers Association as the Office Deal of the Year in Downtown Boston.
