JLL’s Michael Coyne and Travis D’Amato have joined Walker & Dunlop’s newly formed New England multifamily investment sales team as managing directors.

Coyne and D’Amato led JLL’s multifamily capital markets group for the New England region, where they originated approximately $3 billion in sales, financing and equity placements.

The new team expands Walker & Dunlop’s multifamily investment sales practice into five new states, including Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. The firm currently has a multifamily investment sales group in the southeastern U.S.

Bethesda, Maryland-based Walker & Dunlop’s investment sales volume grew 18 percent to $3 billion in 2017. The Bethesda, Maryland-based company had a 7.3 percent market share of multifamily lending in the U.S.
