Two senior executives from CBRE/New England and one from Cushman & Wakefield have joined Colliers Boston as the shakeup continues within Boston’s commercial real estate brokerages.
Cambridge office and lab specialist Curtis Cole, a partner at CBRE/New England with 28 years of industry experience, will join Colliers’ urban brokerage team as executive vice president focusing on the Cambridge market. Chris Cuddy, a CBRE/New England partner who has advised clients including DivcoWest and Brown Rudnick, also joins Colliers’ urban brokerage team as executive vice president and will focus on downtown Boston focus.
And Cushman & Wakefield Managing Director Peter Conlin has joined Colliers’ downtown Boston brokerage team as senior vice president.
The moves come in the wake of CBRE/New England’s hiring of 48 brokers and staff from Transwestern’s Boston office this month.
