Quincy-based commercial real estate company FoxRock Properties recently refinanced a North Quincy office building for $27 million.

JLL Capital Markets arranged the five-year, fixed-rate loan with Metro Credit Union.

“Strong in-place metrics, along with the borrower’s exceptional reputation, resulted in a competitive marketing process with multiple lenders offering attractive financing options. The Metro Credit Union team executed a seamless closing process,” Jonathan Schneider, senior director at JLL Capital Markets, said in a statement.

The five-story, 172,849-square-foot building is located at 1 Heritage Drive. It is across the street from North Quincy MBTA station, a link to downtown Boston and beyond, and close to Interstate 93, making it accessible to the Greater Boston metropolitan area.

The building will be renovated within the year and is fully leased to Granite Telecommunications to serve as their new company headquarters, JLL said.
