Kadant Expands In Westford

Kadant Inc. has signed a lease renewal and expansion for 14,597 square feet at One Technology Park Drive in Westford.

The company, which has been a tenant for over a decade, supplies manufacturing components. Kadant recently reported second-quarter revenues of $112 million, up 14 percent from the second quarter of 2015.

Avison Young’s Jack Kerrigan and Steve Cook represented Kadant in the transaction. Lisa Tarricone represented landlord Gutierrez Co.

One Technology Drive is part of the 85-acre Westford Technology Park which includes such tenants as Akamai, Sonus Networks and Goodrich Corp.
